- Use one, 3-4 ounce container of non-fat Greek yogurt
- 5-7 medium strawberries washed a diced. You can mix it up and use raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, or a mixture of your favorite sweet, juicy berries.
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon raw honey (don’t over shoot the runway with the honey as a little goes a long way).
This recipe is super simple and makes a refreshingly light summer meal.
- First, shine up one of your favorite bowls. After all, one must serve food in a lovely and honoring manner.
- After you’ve washed and dice the strawberries, set a few aside for garnish and place the remaining strawberries into the bowl. Lightly mash them, releasing their juice.
- Dollop the yogurt over the strawberries. The yogurt will look soft and pillowed, completely covering the berries.
- Using the back of a spoon, create a little well in the center of the yogurt into which you’ll place the honey.
- Drizzle ½ - 1 teaspoon of raw honey into the well. For a charming effect, add a thin strip of honeycomb and a sprig of mint, especially if you’re serving this treat at a party...even if it’s a party of one!
- Garnish with the remaining strawberries and enjoy!
