Pumpkin Soup in a Bowl

This is an amazing recipe. It is a delicious soup and provides tons of live enzymes in an incredibly digestible form. It is all raw, and according to the author, Natalia Rose, it supports weight loss and vitality. I just know it taste great and helps my body feel fabulous. It is like a bowl of Autumn bliss. Makes 5.5 cups.

  • 4 cups fresh carrot juice
  • 1 cup raw sweet potato, peeled and cubed
  • 4 dates, pitted
  • 1/2 avocado, pitted
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.

Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy it right away or store in an air-tight container and enjoy within 36 hours.
